Child-friendly with little passing traffic, the villa is fitted with stair-gates on both the top & bottom levels. It is also equipped with 2 travel cots, 2 highchairs, car seat and a delightful collection of childrens' inflatable pool toys. Las Terrazas is set in a very quiet area but is just a ten-minute walk from the vast array of restaurants, shops and bars which the club has to offer. The location of Las Terrazas de Montemares, with guaranteed luxury, ensures there is something for every holidaymaker staying at this beautiful villa.
There is ample accommodation throughout. The villa, which comfortably sleeps 10 people, is spread over 3 floors. It comprises 2 full-sized kitchens, one on the lower ground floor and one on the entrance level. Both kitchens are fully equipped and with 2 separate lounges, this property is ideal for 2 families or groups wishing to share, immediately cutting costs in half!

Fabulous villa
What a lovely apartment. Beautiful tiled floors, antiques, vaulted ceiling, modern kitchen, tons of room, clean, equipped, everything you need is there. Excellent location, central to everything you need to get to. Two blocks from the Rambla, minutes to the famous market - eat at Pinoxto Bar - walk to the Picasso Museum - you are even walking distance to the beach. Not far is a Carrefour supermarket, pharmacies right around the corner, bakeries everywhere. Our favorite local restaurant was Bar Lobo. Thank you Valentin, you were very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this to anyone.
